Our team strives to offer a high level of service, which includes express deliveries.
We strive to process orders within the same business day they are made.
- Choice of delivery courier
Products are sent to any home in the country with:
Econt - to address, courier office; (orders placed on a business day by 4:00 p.m. are delivered the next business day)
Box Now machines (delivery within 3 business days)
All products are sent according to the customer's choice.
- What does the shipment include?
The product(s) you ordered;
User manual (if the product type requires one);
Warranty card (if the product type requires one);
Receipt;
Invoice, if the customer requests it;
Take advantage of your right to check the contents of the shipment in front of the courier before payment.
- Shipping prices
The shipping price is calculated at the time of ordering and is different for different delivery methods.
All products are shipped with the "Preview and test" option. All prices include VAT.
When ordering more products / resulting in a large volume or weight / we reserve the right to choose the optimal delivery method.
- Delivery time
The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 business days. In most cases, we ship your order on the same business day, if it is placed by 4:00 p.m. on a business day.
Shipments made by 4:00 p.m. on a business day are delivered to an Econt office on the next business day.
To a BOX NOW machine, the delivery time is 3 business days after shipment.
In cases of delay, we will contact you to warn you. (In case of out of stock, courier schedule, etc.)
In all cases, our employee will contact you to confirm the order and information about the delivery time.
