Return policy

If you have received a working product as described but wish to exercise your right to return it within 14 (fourteen days), please download a return form and follow the steps below.
 
 
 
 
1. Send the following data to e-mail sales@pacostar.eu :
Order number;
Date of receipt of the product;
Customer Names;
Contact phone number;
Type and number of the payment document (receipt, invoice, courier receipt for postal money order);
If you wish, you can specify a reason for return;

The user has the right, according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Law on Consumer Protection, to refuse the goods received within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty. In this case, Paskovi LTD will reimburse the user the amounts paid by him no later than 14 days, counting from the date on which the user exercised his right to refuse the goods, according to Art. 55, para. 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
 
The user is obliged to store the goods received from Paskovi LTD, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. In order for the purchased products to be returned, it is a mandatory condition that they are in good commercial condition and that the integrity of the packaging is not violated. The products must correspond to the form in which they were received by the user. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return or refusal.

If you find upon receipt of the goods that the packaging is damaged or torn due to improper transportation, or there are shortages, the claim and insurance will be honored only in the presence of the courier. In this case, please contact us immediately and/or refuse to accept the goods. The complaint is certified by a note in the courier's bill of lading.
